Right of withdrawal
This page explains when the statutory right of withdrawal applies under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, and what you can do when it does not. It does not limit your rights.
Newspapers and other prints
Every newspaper is printed to your design and specification. Therefore — under Art. 38(1)(3) of the Consumer Rights Act — the right of withdrawal does not apply to printed Products.
Cancellation instead
You can still cancel your order on better terms:
- before approving the proof — at no cost at all,
- after paying, until printing starts — with a full refund (less only the price of any paid layout or design work already done),
- at any time, if we miss the shipping date.
Design service
If you ordered layout or design work, as a consumer you may withdraw from that service contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. If you expressly asked us to start work within the 14 days, you pay for the part done before withdrawal. The right ends once the service is fully performed (the finished design sent for approval), if before work started you agreed to this and acknowledged losing the right.

Getting your money back
We refund within 14 days, by the same payment method and in the same currency you paid with. More: refund rules.
